THE WORK
As the lead photographer on my first tour, my main job to (1) Set up the VIP area to make sure there is correct lighting and a smooth photos session for 18-person group photos. (2) Capture the highlight and atmosphere of this 4.5 hour long, 6 artists packed intense concert experience.
THE CREATIVE
The idea is - beside taking the best photos possible, I also want to highlight the different cities atmosphere / Organise a reasonable release schedule with all other photographers on tour, maximise the Instagram collab function to make sure everyone have their personal highlights and collab with promoter's account accordingly. I designed a carousel format with the help of our lead designers, and guide all photographers to apply to their process of posting, and have a all around posting schedule for everyone to work around the clock.
THE NOTE
Alongside with other 2 photographers, we managed to get 10 carousel posts which gained the main promoter's account 2.5k+ Likes, 1 out of the 6 artists Yugyeom also post some of my photos which gained 20k retweet and 44k heart on Twitter.
